Our client is a Flexible & Co-Working Space service provider in Hong Kong with recent expansion of their coverage in the Hong Kong market and is currently looking for a new Business Development Manager/Senior Manager for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the Commercial development whilst spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction
• Establish and maintain positive relationship with tenants and related parties to maximize satisfaction, retention and overall company objectives
• Maximising working space occupancy across different centers in Hong Kong and Kowloon area
• Act as direct contact person and handle relationship management function with key clients

Requirements:

• Possess natural communication and international skills with a high degree of relationship management experience
• Significant exposures in business development of Co-working space in Hong Kong and Kowloon area
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in new tenant sourcing and retentions
• Highly independent, energetic and dynamic individual
• Native or fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
