Division: MyLink

 

In this position, you will:

  • Responsible for managing the MyLink application team, and manage the project scope, resources allocation, cost management, risk analysis and integration;
  • Lead and manage project from inception to completion, including establishing projects plans, requirement analysis, driving planned activities, monitoring & tracking progress;
  • Coordinate with project team and other department to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects within a timely manner;
  • Responsible for communicating with development team, to fully inform the demand for IT and other stakeholders.to maintain good relations and effective communication; tracing the result and benefit of project;
  • Track project deliverables and prepare reports defining project progress, problems and solution.

 

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experienced project manager with hands on knowledge of internet and what it takes to deliver a great mobile experience;
  • Good at understanding user’s motivation, logical thinking and monitoring of user behavioral patterns;
  • Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders of all levels;
  • Strong project planning, management and time-management skills and able to meet the tight deadline;
  • Mature, stable and hardworking with positive attitude;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment and work independently;
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
