Job Description
The Business Development Manager will work within the Global Enterprise Solutions division which focuses on providing Global companies with outsourced testing and application development services as well as crowd sourcing/business process outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

•Responsible for identifying, ranking, developing and managing prospects and then successfully bringing the prospect through the sales pipeline to a successful close.
•Responsible for identifying new, and working with existing ISoftStone alliances to increase effectiveness of sales activities. Work with internal global presales, solutions, and operations teams to ensure solutions are built to support client needs.
•Responsible for ongoing relationship management with clients for whom ISoftStone has already started work.


Required Skills/Background:

• Chinese applicants only
• 5+ years of consultative selling experience in the information technology field
• Must possess hunting and selling testing and IT managed services engagements
• Sales experience and expertise MUST include selling outsourcing/offshoring solutions to customers
• Experience with selling Crowd Sourcing big plus
• Must be comfortable working at senior executive contact levels.
• Able to develop sales strategies, value/benefit analysis, and ROI.
• Strong team leadership skills, yet be able to generate individual high level of sustained sales activity.
• Proven record of increasingly higher levels of sales success.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
