Job Responsibilities:

• Collect market information, market trends and competition information with the support of areas and concepts and external network, and make appropriate market analysis as the base of strategy development
• Lead team to conduct internal business analysis
• Participate and support the development of Protective China strategy, and support consultation of management team in decision making with appropriate methodologies
• Participate in the business review of areas and concepts, provide necessary recommendation on area business plan and concept strategy throughout the development and implementation process
• Initiate, lead or facilitate internal projects or program to make sure the implementation of Protective strategy and achievement of business targets including sales revenue & profit and sales efficiency
• Identify and facilitate the improvement or set-up of internal process with appropriate tools, including CRM, sourcing pool, DRM, etc.
• Support management team to develop or improve sales policies and monitor the execution
• Support and monitor the progress of Protective new business and new business model
• Keep close communication with TSS/TS, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operation team to ensure the implementation of Protective China strategy
• Support to prepare high-level reports and meetings for the management team

Job Requirements:

• At least 7-year related working experience with Master's degree
• Strong related knowledge and skills of Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Adminstration Management
• Good command of CRM & MS office
• Strong English skills both orally and literally
• Good planning, organization, communication and influential skills
