Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for the business operation including physical retail shop and the new e-shop business.

• Develop sales plan to achieve business targets of the Company.
• Plan for product forecast and inventory management.
• Analyse market activities and propose recommendations to improve sales revenue.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Diploma or Degree holder with relevant sales experience in sporting goods industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge about Macau sporting goods market will be an advantage.
• Independent, self-initiated team player with good communication & problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
