Responsibilities
l Propose and implement New Customer Development plan and Approach New Customers based on Company overall Business Target Strategy
l Promote Business to Customers including Non-standard and Standard Automation Solutions.
l Communicate with new Customers to make sure Engineering Team have good understanding of Customer requirements and Customer have good understanding of our Automation proposals.
l Cost Management: Assess the Cost of the Machine in Concept design level and quote to customer
l Lead cross-functional communication. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management. ?
l Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making ?
Qualifications
l Good Experience in marketing, Business Development and Sales
l Needs excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills ?
l Needs to be Result-Oriented and self motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
l Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Bachelor or above
l More Than 3+ years of experience in Automation Project Management or NPI Project Management
l Fluent English Communication and good at understand customer Technical Requirements
l Experience in Assembly/Test Process in Consumer Electronics, Automotive Electronics and familiar with electronics manufacturing equipment NPI program management ?
