About the job
The new role is responsible for new store opening, existing refit and relocation as well as store closing process, including but not limited in liaising with landlords, contract administration management, internal approval process, data analysis and reporting, store license set up and renewal process etc.
Principle responsibilities:
- Independently handle new store development mapping process by compiling general market information, industry statistical data, economic trend, and site finding information for new store openings report and analysis thus contribute to the building of the solid proposition to local management and regional/global management for review and decision
- Lead the negotiation of approved potential sites with relevant landlords and aim to find preferential terms and conditions
- Work with finance and legal team, Lead the final internal approval process based on finalized terms & conditions follow up with new store opening process in contract and license set up, existing stores contract expiry date reminders and contract filings.
- Work closely with various internal teams including but not limited to Finance, SDP, Marketing, Operation team for internal store approval process, share information on store design, promotion program for store opening, and store opening date.
- Liaise and build strong relationship with relevant administrative contact points of key landlords including big commercial development properties, high-end department store and shopping mall or property management for any store related or lease related issues.
- Lead the renewal, re-negotiation or termination of any active retail sites as required.

of our key competitors’ development plan and feedback the market intelligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in written and spoken of English & Mandarin is a must
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills, details-oriented and well organized
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in sizable retail business with solid experience in administrative work and Business Development for a recognized Brand/Retailer which operating 100+ stores in China, candidate who has Landlord background and experience will be also considered
- Substantial knowledge on the retail market, good relationship with landlord
- Analysis – Analyze the data and problems within defined procedures and provide the most appropriate solutions
- Communication-Has the demonstrate ability to accurately and successfully convey information in a thorough, clear, and timely manner to all stakeholders
- Teamwork- Develops broad, cooperative, influential relationships with numerous groups and employees and acts in a collaborative manner.
- Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
of MS Office products – MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint.
