职责描述：

1. Coordinate with Company Research &Development Institute, source and evaluate which kind of products are researched based on the market data;

2. Monitor the international licensing opportunities, work with Registration, Legal and other related departments to evaluate the feasibility of license-in products;

3. Suggest and evaluate the new business opportunities with the aim to optimize company product portfolio based on company development strategy;

4. Research target market or target product information, consult relevant intelligence and literature;

5. Manage and complete contract negotiations for in-licensing and collaboration in efficient manner; manage and follow the progress of projects;

6. Assist in completing the registration of license-in products;

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy ,Biology or Chemistry;
• Proficient in oral and written English
• At least 5 years’ experience in Business Development in pharmaceutical industry;
• Master the acquisition channels of domestic and international pharmaceutical market information and the analysis methods of project establishment;
• Have the knowledge and experience of registration;
• Familiar with the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical market and development trend;
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation;
• Strong business negotiation and project management capability;
• Strong networking, analytical skills, be good at leading cross functional teams and project management;
