Requirements :

• University graduate with high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Good customer facing and excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Result-oriented, independent and highly committed to the job.

• Able to work under pressure handling multiple projects.

• Experience in industry of hotel, Sales or property developer.

Responsibilities:

• Design initiation and coordination; build up China customer and hotel operator relationship.

• Participate in tender bidding, interview and price negotiation.

• To chair the project kick-off meeting and lead the design team to ensure engagement deliverable quality to meet client’s expectations and schedules.

• Versatile in presentation for hotel operator, property owner and design institute.

• Maintain and reinforce key account and build up long term partnership.

  职责：

• 协助开拓中国的业务, 建立国内房地产及酒店管理公司关系。

• 投标, 业主面试, 价格谈判及协调跟踪项目。

• 负责项目协调会议，并领导设计团队努力达到客户的期望与计划进度。

• 负责与项目有关的酒店管理公司、本地业主与设计院多方面地沟通协调。

• 掌握并能够维护好核心客户关系。
