ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES：

1. Buying responsibility across categories for newly sourced vendors;

2. Negotiate, build and source compelling product assortments at the best value;

3. Independently drives sales (GMV) through the selection of product, pricing, promotion for greatest return on investment;

4. Analyze vendor performance to determine ongoing partnership and ability to drive growth;

5. Buying responsibility and financial accountability for newly sourced vendors;

6. Negotiate buying terms with vendors (price, quantity);

7. Deliver on financial goals;

8. Build strong relationships with vendors, focusing on vendor management and brand acquisition and development;

9. Calendar Management;

10. Ability to remain flexible and willing to change strategies as business needs dictate;

11. Oversee the facilitation and execution of an event.

QUALIFICATIONS：

1. Mandarin and English fluency, written and verbal requirement;

2. Minimum of 3+ years’ buying experience or relevant merchandising/retail experience;

3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work and experience;

4. Demonstrated understanding of merchandising financials and the ability to manage profitability;

5. Experience in ecommerce preferred;

6. Clear and effective written, verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills;;

7. Proficient of Microsoft Office, Excel preferred;

8. Willing to travel throughout China and Overseas.
