Job Description
- Be active and aggressive selling and promoting the DSV service.
- Build own customer base through local sales activity. Establish own customer target list and maintain and upgrade client relationship.
- Well grasp the market information and competitor action.
- Need quantity outdoors sales call. Develop sales leads and campaigns with overseas colleagues.
- Be a good team player by supporting the team with own experience gained through the years.
- Be proactive to get support with Route manager and together with them to expand market.
- Issue SOP and set up resources needed once new accounts secured.
- Work together with other team members to finish Product, set up own project.
- Entertain and reception on various visitors.
- Develop new customer base independently.
- Generate and develop business with assigned industry/territories.
- Assist with sales forecasts (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence)
- 积极主动,积极促进公司服务产品的推广。-通过当地销售活动建立自己的客户群。建立自己的客户目标清单,维护和更新客户关系;
- 掌握市场信息和竞争对手的行动;
- 批量的对外销售电话。与海外同事一起发展销售指导和活动;
- 作为一个优秀的团队成员,有多年的团队支持经验;
- 积极主动地与路线经理一起支持,并与他们一起扩大市场;
- 一旦有新的账户,发行SOP并设置所需资源;
- 与其他团队成员一起完成项目,建立自己的项目;
- 接待各种来访者;
- 独立开发新的基础客户;
- 与指定的行业/地区产生和发展业务;
- 协助销售预测(包括前景评估和当地市场情报) 。
Requirement:
- Min 3 years Sales experience with a proven track record.
- Good network within the freight forwarding industry.
- Currently working as Sales in freight forwarding industry.
- Able to deal with international customers.
- Able to support regional sales campaigns.
- Familiar with European, Intra Asia and North American markets.
- Good spoken and written English.
- 3年以上销售经验,有良好的业绩记录;
