The position
Reporting to the Director of Sales, your primary responsibility is to prospect for new clients and re-generate existing relationships by conducting a variety of sales activity. You will be making sales calls, cold calls, networking, training and public presentation to generate business opportunities. In addition to this, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying key decision makers in client organisations to maintain the accounts
- Setting qualified meetings with potential clients to build relationships, grow, maintain, and leverage key networks
- Well presented and public speaking skill to able delivery product presentations to business clients or general public
- Representing the CLIENT at networking functions, tradeshows and relevant events and follow up connections to generate business leads
- Submitting weekly & monthly progress reports on sales activity and event organisation.
The candidate
As a dynamic and personable business development professional, you will possess excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. You will also possess demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as knowledge and skills in the areas below:
- Networking
- Prospecting
- Sales planning
- Identifying customer needs and challenges
- Meeting sales goals and targets
- Research, writing and closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree educated, Marketing or Tourism Management backgeroud would be prefered
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years of travel industry related experience such as hotel contracting / online media sales experience, preferable from hotel, travel agent, OTA or wholesale background.
- Previous sales experience with proven track record
- A proven ability to plan, develop, and execute online sales strategies
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to produce effective sales, particularly in the travel category
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills with particular emphasis on presentation, analytical and sales expertise, and negotiation techniques
- Ability to achieve results while working independently

6、执行总部每年在其他地区销售及新市场的开发计划;
7、每月按时完成推广及销售指标;
8、每日做好信息数据制作及更新,并及时做好备份,每周每月定时总结汇报;
9、遵守职业道德,维护公司品牌形象,不违背公司制度,保护公司商业机密。
职位要求:
1、 大学本科及以上学历,并且有两年(或以上)营销或者推广的相关经验,在旅游业或者市场营销领域的优先;
2、 具有良好的沟通技能、具有熟练的客服技巧;
3、 在压力下自律工作、具有高度责任心,并且有团队合作精神;
4、 为人诚实、稳重、正直,性格活泼开朗,有乐观的工作态度;
5、 有较强的表达、理解、公关能力;
6、 具备大型活动/培训策划、宣传、现场管理能力;
7、精通英语口语,及英文书写能力,较好的计算机操作能力;
8、五官端正、吃苦耐劳、愿意频繁出差。
