We are looking for a driven and organized individual.

The position requires working together with a Chinese-foreign team, in different areas of our company’s business, B2B services, headhunting, management consultancy, training and marketing planning.
Responsibilities include assisting the general manager in the long term/ short term strategic decisions. Assist in the headhunting process, achieve reaching high-end executives and conduct the company’s implementation abroad. Often travel inland and abroad to establish contacts and build the company’s network.
Maintain customer relationships, follow up customers and continuously build customer interaction. Drive a western culture in the Chinese team and help coworkers improve their English proficiency.
Working schedule: weekdays from 9:00 to 6:00
The position is suitable for someone who is easy going, hardworking, initiative, unmarried and willing to learn.

Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Marital situation: single
- Nationality: Europe, US, Australia, Canada
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in spoken Chinese, handwritten Chinese is a plus, another language is a plus
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Able to work in a team with both foreigners and Chinese
- Willing to often travel inland and abroad for business trips
- Well organized, sharp and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong adaptability and learning ability
- Familiar with Office Software
