Job Description

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

1.Responsible for identifying target opportunities in Automotive Industry that use high engineered electric connector seals, insulator seals and other industry sealing components then driving and managing those opportunities, includes providing direct customer sales and technical support.

2.Responsible for communicating and reporting opportunities, activities, itineraries, and program developments to sales management including all field information concerning markets, applications, customers and competitors.

3.Develop a database of qualified leads and customers through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling, face to face visits, email, networking, and trade shows

4.Establish contacts within automotive OEM&Tire1 engineering groups at design level in order to promote the use of QSR product early in the development phase of new programs. Ensure the flow of information between technical support in oversea or China plant and the customers

5.Provide updated forecasting information for assigned QSR customers in China by customer and product.

6.Demonstrate the ability to carry on business communication with both engineering and purchasing people and all levels within the company.

7.Assist in the coordination and setting up of the possible trade shows within the territory.

8.Work closely with the plant in China to facilitate customer visits and questions concerning the business


Required Experience /Knowledge:

?Minimum 6 years working experience with 3 years in automotive Industry related

?Technical knowledge of silicone elastomers, successful sales or engineering backgrounds in automotive rubber sealing and components

?Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills, understand the product development process, APQP and PPAP standards.

?Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills

?High level of customer focus and self- initiative

?Self- managed (capable of working from remote location with limited supervision)

?Strong relationship skills /team player (Internal & external)

?Frequent travel Required (around 50%, utilizing effective travel practices)
