Job Responsibilities:
Winning new outsourcing clients for Teleperformance;
Cold calling prospects;
Attend and network at industry events;
Developing a network of potential sales leads;
Justify account qualification and design win strategy;
Creating and delivering winning presentations, RFP responses andproposals;
Follow the sales process to ensure quality and effective win strategiesin all proposals regarding content, pricing, solution, and other components;
Coordinating client visits and presentations with all other keydepartments;
Negotiating contracts with potential clients;
Coordinate withTeleperformance executives on global opportunities;
Providing input andsupport to the Company’s leadership in the development of the BPO offering;
Assisting the Head ofSales in designing the market strategy for BPO business in entrusted verticals;
Creating market andcompetitive analysis;
Creating top accounts’plans;
Report all activities inSalesforce.com;
Work according to BEST Salesforcepractices;
Performing other relatedduties and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above,international experience is preferred;
5+years of proven success in business development and sales experience in relatedverticals;
Abilityto establish a strong relationship and communicate effectively with seniorexecutives;
Beingcomfortable presenting in a group setting;
Analyticalthinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills;
Strongnegotiation and business management skills;
Mustbe extremely detailed oriented with ability to be productive and deliver understressful, tight deadlines;
Abilityto be consultative and creative in client solutions;
BPOindustry experience is a plus.
