5. Follow and identify key industry trends and make corresponding adjustments to market development strategies.

1. 7+ years of business development, consulting, or solutions development experience in the consumer and retail sector;
2. Experience working with C-level executives;
3. Strong domain knowledge of market landscape in the consumer and retail sector;
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus;
5. Strong strategic thinking capabilities;
6. Fluency in local language is required;
7. MBA preferred.
