1. Market information collection, analysis, and strategy development/attack plan
? Align and guide technical developments and roadmap
? Position for future business expansion
? Landscape analysis
? Strategic partnership development
2. Alignment with MPE to develop product roadmap and engagement strategies/attack plan
3. Own RFQ/NPI tracking, including existing customers’ NPIs
4. Business development & relationship enhancement (Customers, Sales and strategic suppliers)
5. Special business model and business deal
6. New customer bible establishment
7. Create and maintain monthly marketing newsletter for ASESH
? Job Requirement
1. Bachelor and above
2. More Than 15 Years Business Experiences language (English is a MUST, additional language such as Japanese/Korean/German is a bonus)
3. travel flexibility (eg Taiwanese/Korean/Japanese/Hongkonger/German etc),
must be able to travel to Japan/Korea/Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand/US/UK without needing to apply/wait for visa.

3.Existing Customers/New customers
n Existing customers with new developments, BD will own the project and will update BPM (account owner)
n New customers will be owned by BD from account establishment (incl NDA, quotation… etc). Once customer provide forecast for MP, account ownership will transfer to BPM.
4.Monthly marketing newsletter (to all Sales)
n Themes to sell specific technology/production performance
5.Internal market analysis presentation
n Present quarterly update to GM
6.Host Sales Workshop
n Monthly for GC
n Quarterly for Japan/Korea
n US/EU semi-annually
