Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • To develop strong relationships with the fee earners and work closely with internal parties across APAC;
  • To prepare, coordinate and finalise pitches and capability statements as required, sometimes contribute to cross-border pitch projects;
  • To conduct research on client, practice, industry sector, competitor and other marketing research in preparation for pitches or proposals;
  • To support planning and coordination for events, such as conference sponsorships, seminars, corporate hospitality, executive dinners, etc;
  • To promote company through targeted marketing communications, publications (newsletters, client briefings), and awards and directories submissions;

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above, preferable in Law, journalism, or related discipline
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience within professional services or financial services
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with partners to achieve objectives
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to react quickly to resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (be able to speak Mandarin confidently)
