Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- To develop strong relationships with the fee earners and work closely with internal parties across APAC;
- To prepare, coordinate and finalise pitches and capability statements as required, sometimes contribute to cross-border pitch projects;
- To conduct research on client, practice, industry sector, competitor and other marketing research in preparation for pitches or proposals;
- To support planning and coordination for events, such as conference sponsorships, seminars, corporate hospitality, executive dinners, etc;
- To promote company through targeted marketing communications, publications (newsletters, client briefings), and awards and directories submissions;
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above, preferable in Law, journalism, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant experience within professional services or financial services
- Ability to influence and negotiate with partners to achieve objectives
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to react quickly to resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (be able to speak Mandarin confidently)
