Manager for Bidding
EY are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Manager to support the Assurance business development.
The role based in our Northern China, Beijing office will be responsible for supporting bidding process, database, standard information management, as well as supporting key biddings and targeting programs.
Core responsibilities:
Works with partner and professionals, as a bidding advisor to manage and coordinate bidding activities, includes project management, content writing, credentials, design, packaging, presentation and logistics etc.
To establish, maintain and keep improving of proposal center and standardize all bidding materials, and localize EY global’s credentials such as corporate presentation, industrial quals, service lines credentials and client portofolio and case studies, etc.
Manages bidding database and connect to the pipeline and wins management.
Skills and behaviours:
The ideal candidate will evidence examples of the above in their recent work history and exhibit the following skills and behaviours:
Ability to form productive working relationships with internal clients
Attention to detail in communicating and solving problems in bidding processes
Attention to detail in communication internal functions and manager issues of credential database, bidding tracking, etc.
Ability to deal well with pressurized situations such as frequent deadlines
Ability to manage time effectively including when working with many tasks
Qualifications and experience:
At least 6 year experience
In a similar bidding role in professional organizations is highly preferred
Strong writing and oral communication skills, including presentation & soft skills for communicating with senior management, working in project teams
Sound working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and all MS Office Suite products
