Job Description
1. Support Head of Business Development, Asia pacific to reach annual sales target;
2. Develop plans to gain new business, achieve sales revenue targets for new accounts with Pearl River Delta;
3. Work closely with Directors at each departments, group leaders, project management team to ensure good communication with all parties;
4. Participate in quote and proposal preparation, CDA, MSA, contract negotiation and etc;
5. Collects and utilizes various data sources provide competitive intelligence;
6. Organize and coordinate customer visits, conferences and promotion events.
任职条件:
1. Prior experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
2. 2-3 years of Business Development, project management or sourcing experience. Must have a proven track record of success meeting or exceeded goals/targets;
3. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible, with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detailed-oriented;
4. A professional degree and training in Organic Chemistry or Biology is required. Ph.D. or M.S. degree is preferred;
5. Must be willing to travel frequently in China;
