Key/Essential Responsibilities:
? Help define the customer value proposition and sizing the markets with the Innovation Lead, and strategize the pilot test by identifying the target markets.
? Drive the market validation process by reaching out to the potential customer and markets.
? Plan the customer engagement plan for pilot, lead the customer engagement process for an early stage project, and analyze and validate the demand and business value during the market testing and commercialization stage of innovation project, (based on a pre-defined Stage-Gate process);
? Expand the vision for existing service opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Delivery through a Lifecycle approach;
? Discover and align customer business & operational priorities to portfolio outcomes and capabilities through workshops with customers;
? Customer-centric, mobilize internal and external resources to provide defined solutions, to create mutually successful relationship;
? Make full use of the existing customer base, accurately locate the pilot user of the innovation project, and mobilize the internal resources to expand the target market;
? Collaborate with cross-functional groups (sales, delivery, product management, operations, marketing) to develop portfolio strategy, financial forecasts, offer packages and pricing, and customer proposals.
? Track and manage continuous pipeline of services and solutions for customer opportunities.
? Assist to develop an appropriate marketing communication strategy to develop designated solution product/service with a marketing manager;
? Develop the business development plan and budget, and execute the plan with PDCA management to ensure that all tasks are completed within budget.
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Preferred Fields of Study: Computer engineering, software App, public relations, marketing, corporate management, etc.
Professional

? 3~5 years of business development or major account sales experience in the ICT service field, with strong cold call and customer mining capabilities;
? Proactively respond to customers, to in-depth research and identify their effective needs, meanwhile handle the change management of customer needs;
? Curiosity about new technologies and new business models and excellent learning skills;
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to work with others to win trust and influence others;
? Strong project management capabilities, multi-tasking and prioritizing the requirements of competing stakeholders;
? Can operate in a lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multicultural environment;
? Strong financial/business acumen and results-driven, analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to provide data to support analysis using Excel and/or other software;
? Exceptional all-around English communication capabilities (written, listening, and verbal);
? Fluent in MS Words, Excel, and power point.
