Job responsibilities:
业务拓展
Business Development:
计划及执行市场营销策略以及管理商业合作伙伴的战略合作关系;
Design and carry out marketing strategies and manage strategic cooperation relationship with business partners;
发掘新客户,为公司创造收入;
Explore and acquire new clients in order to bring new business to the firm;
单独或与团队共同约见潜在的及现有的客户,介绍公司的服务,了解客户的需求并提供有关法律,税务以及会计相关的问题,为客户提供投资中国的解决方案;
Meet potential clients alone or with the team, introduce the firm’s services, understand the clients’ needs and provide advisory related to legal, tax and accounting issues. Provide solutions to clients investing in China;
如有需要,前往中国其他城市与潜在客户和合作伙伴会晤洽谈。
If necessary, travel to other cities of China to meet potential clients and business partners.

对中国外商投资涉及道德法律,税务及会计问题进行研究并探讨相关问题对客户实际情况的影响;
Research and analyze legal, tax and accounting issues that impact clients’ investment in China;
与公司内部专业团队合作确保服务工作按时完成;
Ensure the timely delivery of the accounting and tax work done by the professional teams;
与客户保持积极的沟通并协助客户解决疑难问题,增强客户满意度。
Keep efficient communication with the client and help them resolve problems.
公共关系及沟通
Public relations and communication
与团队共同撰写与中国外商投资相关的文章;
Write articles about foreign direct investments in China;
与本地及外国的专业服务公司建立良好的合作关系以便在国际市场上增加公司的知名度;
Maintain positive cooperation relationship with local and overseas professional firms in order to enhance the firm’s brand in the international markets;
代表公司前往海外国家,宣讲中国外商投资环境;
Represent the firm and make presentation about China’s investment environment in overseas countries;
参加国际上知名的论坛,研讨会以便发掘新的业务来源管道。
Participate seminars and forums overseas in order to explore new business sources.

教育及其他技能:
Education and other skills:
大学本科毕业,会计、法律、市场营销或工商管理专业;
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, marketing or business management;
能熟练地用英语以及西班牙语进行口语交流和书写;
Able to speak and write English and Spanish;
汉语水平考试二级或以上;
HSK Level 2 or above;
两年或以上涉外咨询公司、会计师事务所、或律师事务所的工作经验;
Two year (or above)’ s experience in consulting firms, accounting firms or law firms;
熟练运用Windows系统的办公软件;
Familiar with office software of Windows system;
