Overall Purpose of the Role
l As business developer, plan and manage sales activities to meet company targets for retention, growth and profitability. Maintain and build relationship with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
l Total account management in terms of developing & maintaining the strategic relationships with key clients assigned, and achieve sales target;
l Identify and develop a solid network of relationships with key decision makers at relevant companies to build a solid opportunity pipeline;
l Responsible for customer satisfaction, receivables (cash collection), growth; fending against competitive threats; sales & relationship building and management at all levels in assigned accounts;
l Negotiate and conclude contracts with existing and new clients through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction, while always ensuring the business is secured at favorable rates;
l Through constant analysis & consultations, ensuring service offering is appropriate for the market, and propose changes to sales & marketing strategies as needed to respond to changing environment;
l Deal with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions;
l Execute market research assigned;
l Prepare and organize commercial events such as tech day, technical forum;
l Close cooperation with V-Motech global sales team to share and define coordinate actions for customers
Job Requirements (skills and experience)
l At least 5 years prior work experience in automotive industry, prefer candidate with engineering service background;
l Experienced in B2B service solution selling / key account management;
l Bachelor degree or above, engineering background;
l Excellent communication in both Chinese and English, French is a plus;
l Aggressive and result-driven;
l Frequent travelling needed.
