Job Description
Key Responsibility
- Manage and maintain RH’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Team support when necessary
- Welcome and interact with incoming visitors
- Support CRM management and leads management (sampling and promotional events)
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Support/ finalize written communication (regular meetings, etc.)
- Maintain PCA GChina contract documentation and files properly
- Comply with HR policies, procedures and DSM values
Requirments
- High integrity
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree an advantage
- Organizational and planning skills
- Communication skills
- Information gathering and information monitoring skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
