Job Description

Key Responsibility


  • Manage and maintain RH’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Team support when necessary
  • Welcome and interact with incoming visitors
  • Support CRM management and leads management (sampling and promotional events)
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Support/ finalize written communication (regular meetings, etc.)
  • Maintain PCA GChina contract documentation and files properly
  • Comply with HR policies, procedures and DSM values

Requirments


  • High integrity
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree an advantage
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Communication skills
  • Information gathering and information monitoring skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Confidentiality
