Business Analyst (P&C Operations)

Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Provide operation production support and process review to support business initiatives

  • Support project implementation from operation perspective

  • Review documents from IT and/or solution team (Business Requirement Specification etc) to ensure operations needs is being catered

  • Execute/monitor user acceptance testing/ IVT etc

  • Conduct UAT if required

  • Handle system issues and coordinate with different IT teams to solve system production issues and provide solution to handle the fix

  • Participate in report generation

  • Data extraction from AS400 system

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Duties:

  • Degree qualified in Business Analytics or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of business analyst experience

  • Experience in insurance/Financial service industry is preferred

  • As a good team player to work in cooperative manner

  • With good service mind-set, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office application

  • Knowledge about programming or scripting is required
