To support the creation of the Requirement Definitions which are the basis for the development of Transport Management System application

• IT solution/support to Land Transportation Business.

• Proactively collecting upcoming requirements and providing solutions in time, coordinating activities between the business units and IT partners to get the solution in place.

• Providing data extraction requests and developing corresponding business reports which are provided to management on strategy making.

• Contribute to the daily activities of the application systems in the delivery of business systems support and training.

• Liaison with RHO IT team as well as accomplish regional project implementation within schedule in China site.

• Develop related business applications for business communities so that extra-manpower and exception data can be decreased.

• Good analytical abilities

• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Proactive, result oriented, open minded

• Familiar with requirement management tool

• Good at reading / writing business or technical documents in English

• Fluent both in oral and written English

• Some travel may be required

• Bachelor’s Degree, major in Computer Science

• Strong knowledge and skills in Java, J2EE, SOA, MS SQL, My SQL, Project Management, Business Analysis.

• 2-3 years’ work experience, at least participate in 1-2 Java project.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
