Amazon China is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to bring data together to answer strategic business questions. You should have deep expertise in the design, creation, management and business use of large analytical datasets and the proven ability to provide self-serve tools that allow end users to translate data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end development of solutions to complex questions and you'll play an integral role in strategic decision making.
You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to understand data requirements, and to combine data from multiple data sources and projects into stable and scalable analytical databases and business intelligence tools for analysts and business managers. Above all, you should be passionate about how data can be used to improve both the Customer and Seller Logistic experience.
The main responsibilities is to act as control tower on Amazon Global Mile business status by monitoring/Analyzing sales activities, product revenue/profit, operation service quality, amazon seller experience, etc.

Ø Build and upgrade the visibility/metrics to track on team performance against the yearly/monthly/weekly goal
Ø Work with operation team to enhance shipment status control tower
Ø Identify the root cause of performance gap and provide insights of path to green plan
Ø Build the data model to analyze the customer behavior and quantify the business impact by different key factors.
Ø Work with marketing team to open up a new channel for market benchmark of pricing and service.
Ø Support global product and CN product team to analyze the new product opportunity with deeper understanding of the specific service needs by different segmentation of sellers.
