1.参与业务部门数据分析需求的调研、分析及评估；
Participate in the investigation, analysis and evaluation of data analysis requirements of business department;
2.开发报告、仪表板和交互式可视化，并与数据仓库、数据集成和数据建模合作；
Develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations in collaboration with data warehousing, data integration, and data modeling;
3.从业务结果/性能上，从头到尾管理业务流程上进行持改善；
Manage business processes from beginning to end to improve business results/performance;
4.识别每个应用程序所需的最关键数据，确定哪些业务流程需要集中式/全局治理，哪些业务流程需要区域或本地治理；
Identify the most critical data required for each application and determine which business processes require centralized/global governance and which require regional or local governance
5.确定所需的信息治理策略和每个数据元素的目标；
Determine the required information governance policy and the target for each data element
6.撰写和提交报告，为重要的业务决策做出贡献；
Write and submit reports to contribute to important business decisions;
7.根据业务目标建模系统架构，为业务问题创建可行的数据主导解决方案；
Modeling system architecture according to business objectives to create feasible data-led solutions to business problems;
8.创建和管理所有形式的业务信息模型，包括概念模型、关系数据库设计和消息模型；
Create and manage all forms of business information models, including conceptual models, relational database design, and message models;
要求：
1.本科及以上学历，四年以上IT领域经验；
Bachelor degree or above with at least 4 years experience in IT field
2.教育背景:计算机科学、信息管理、工商管理或其他相关专业；
Education: BS Computer Sciences, Information Management, Business Administration or other related majors
3.双语，普通话/英语，书面表达能力
Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills
4.扎实的数学基础、对数字敏感、具备良好的分析能力，有数据产品的构建经验或数据报告编写经验，能高效与相关团队进行沟通；
Solid mathematical foundation, sensitive to Numbers, good analytical ability, data product construction experience or data report writing experience, able to effectively communicate with relevant teams;
5.熟练运用SQL，熟悉主流数据库技术，了解大数据相关技术，能熟练使用BI工具的优先；
Proficient in using SQL, familiar with mainstream database technology, familiar with big data related technology, skilled in using BI tools is preferred;
6.具有较强的业务洞察力和数据报告设计能力；
Strong business insight and data report design ability;
7.能够掌握数据分析的基本原理与有效数据分析的方法，并能灵活运用；
Be able to master the basic principle of data analysis and effective data analysis methods, and be able to use them flexibly;
8.熟悉数据可视化设计，增强数据分析的结果；
Familiar with data visualization design, enhance data analysis results;
9.较强的需求分析、数据建模以及IT架构设计能力，能够完成单个业务领域的IT架构设计工作，有大中型项目IT架构、IT方案设计方面的成功经验优先；
Strong ability of requirement analysis, data modeling and IT architecture design, able to complete IT architecture design work in a single business field, having successful experience in IT architecture and IT scheme design of medium and large projects is preferred.
