岗位职责:
任职资格:
此职位隶属于证券服务部的变更管理及交付部 (Design Build & Supports):
- DBS是HSBC证券服务部中一个为客户需求提供变更服务的全球性职能部门
- DBS通过确立合适的框架来管理大规模的变更及实施
- DBS帮助实现及优化所有证券服务部平台以及相关运营流程的变更
- To provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, perform testing on the system deliverables to ensure the acceptance level for users, and provide business analysis support in Accounting and Valuation systems for new and existing clients;
- To work out optimized solution for enhancement relating to core business applications to adapt the new requirement from business;
- To provide change transition support to business and client users of those systems during project guarantee period;
- To provide consultancy to local HSS operation teams on system enhancement to streamline their efficiency and improve quality.
- Engage with the stakeholders to ensure team is aware of the changing expectations and challenges;
任职资格:
- Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in financial, accounting or related discipline.
- 1-2 years' experiences in fund or accounting industry with demonstrated interest in business analyst or IT support.
- Good communication and interpretation skills in English and Mandarin. Fluent Cantonese will be a plus.
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to find logical solutions to problems and customer focus.
- Willingness to learn new system, business processes and product knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment.
- Multi-tasking with ability to independently prioritize workload without impacting the deliverables.
