• Your team : You will work alongside 4 other team members across Beijing and Shanghai to support the China Operating Office. You will also work closely with other teams across Product management, Operations, Finance and IT in China as well as in the APAC region
• Your expertise :

You have:
- An understanding of what it takes to be part of a successful team- Knowledge of the China banking policies, operation and regulatory requirements. Particularly on how Front-to-Back departments works together to deliver bank-wide initiatives

• Experience in performing process analysis, root cause analysis, cost benefit analysis, business impact analysis and business integration activities (i.e. training, communication)
• Work with respective functions to convert the business requirements into system/process requirements for implementation

- Experience in outsourcing management- Ability to influence. Good communication skills and a strong networking capability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder groups- Meticulous & organized with a keen eye for details

• Can do, eager to learn attitude

You are:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position in a financial institution and/or as consultant / business process auditor / project manager

• Energetic, Self-motivated and willing to work independently in a precise and reliable manner, with a sound judgment for when to escalate issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as clear communication skills
• Ability to multi task and manage a broad portfolio of work
• A team player and an inspiration to those around you
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
