Job Description
- Understand global SBU team's External growth strategy in China and globally to define attractive areas for M&A and other inorganic growth (e.g., JVs, partnerships, etc.).
- Research and Analyze the business data for potential M&A / partnership targets; and provide the analysis to M&A team for review.
- Support further steps for M&A once the candidates are decided including due diligence process.
- Support S&M Director, Sales Managers and Product Managers for commercial data analysis upon business needs.
- Based on the business analysis, identify the digital projects to improve the data automation.
- Support sales force utilization and help sales team to improve the efficiency by data analysis.
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
- 3-5+ years working in a manufacturing environment or 2-3 years at a top-tier management / strategy consulting firm.
- Experience in general business strategy, M&A strategy, and organic growth plans.
- Solid understanding of company financials, DCF valuations, etc.
- International business experience, culture awareness.
- Very strong Excel & PPT skill and communication skills, including in Mandarin and English, both written and oral.
- Pragmatic, energetic, self-starting and highly motivated.
- Detail oriented, organized.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and persevere when faced with obstacles.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into the critical elements required to make a business decision.
