General duties :

• Responsible for sales operation control

• Provide regular analysis about business performance

• Ensure the achievement of regional targets and follow-up on key measures/ actions

• Support on how to improve business performance and give suggestions

Tasks in operating cycle:

• Sales operation control

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance report & steering report

  • Monthly data clear up (Aging OI, Aging open opportunities…)

  • Preparing data per branches’ requirement

• Aging Inventory action coordination

• OI and Turnover monthly forecast

• Other assigned work
  

Job specifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting or Business/Economics

• At least 3 years of fulltime working experience in business controlling or analysis

• Working knowledge in SAP CO/ BW is preferred

• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Powerpoint

• Experience in multinational companies is preferred (Preferably machinery production sector/ sales company)

• Strong relevant working experience

• High accuracy and interested in details

• Good analyzing skills

• Good business acumen

• Excellent interpersonal skills, working under pressure and with the ability to solve problems independently

• Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
