Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with pricing team end-users, project team and IT delivery partners to prevent the gaps between business requirements and IT solutions
  • Facilitate experience analysis on in-force and new business portfolio
  • Process review and enhancement on pricing activities
  • Review user acceptance test and support post-launch implementation for project development and system enhancement, including the review on user's requirement preparation, test planning, execution, arising issues and post-launch support produced by the project team
  • Provide production support to users on regular reporting, daily enquiry and normal system logics
  • Work with Pricing team to facilitate product launches and regulatory requirements
  • Work with UAT team and project managers to ensure quality deliverables

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years business analysis and project related experience in insurance and/or banking and finance sectors
  • Business knowledge in Life Insurance industry is preferred
  • Good analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent project management skills
  • Excellent written skill in English, and good command of spoken English and Chinese
