Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Business Analyst, are to: 

 

  • Assist with projects as needed within Employee Services and provide on-time delivery of assigned project tasks i.e. system upgrades, credit card compromises, contractual changes;
  • Support Tier 3 level support for any employee services related issues tied to Employee Services policies, credit card issues, MCC code errors and all related system Support;
  • Maintain an effective internal control framework within employee services including driving compliance with all policies and/or system requirements;
  • Complete all month end closing activities;
  • Ensure all requirements related to VAT tax are completed on a timely basis;
  • Provide assistance with quarterly T&E Accruals and timely account reconciliations as required;
  • Perform all activities related to credit card rebate;
  • Maintain and update policy revisions as necessary;
  • Administer US credit card program for ~15K travelers; review credit card applications;
  • Conduct maintenance reviews and approval;

  • Perform closed account reconciliations; process credit refunds and employee reimbursements;
  • Issue monthly delinquency reports;
  • Setup requested monthly automated reports and adjust/setup as needed;
  • Implement contingency plans for unforeseen situations such as natural disaster;
  • Communicate effectively within all levels of the organization on non-compliance issues tied to our policies;
  • Conduct training classes to small and/or large groups to assist end users with system support and policy requirements;
  • Drive end user compliance by providing self-supporting tools & FAQs to end users;
  • Develop and implement training tools to drive compliance to policy;
  • Maintain and update content on all Employee Service related websites;
  • Provide support to both SSC on all policy and system related issues;
  • Ability to analyze and work with large data sets to identify outliers;
  • Assist with escalated audit investigations and provide necessary reporting and analysis to appropriate stakeholders (HR, Risk and Compliance, Corporate Security, Legal, etc.) as needed;
  • Assist with Internal and External Audit requests;
  • Manage caretaker email box;
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and special project work as requested.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field, preferably Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience/Travel & Expense and/or Fleet related preferable but not required;
  • Ability to understand, uphold and apply polices, standard operating procedures, legal requirements as it relates to all business transactions;
  • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate with individuals located in other world areas as well as with individuals across various business functions in the US;
  • Well organized and self-motivated;
  • Strong ability to adapt to changes; multi-task and prioritize while delivering high quality results;
  • Experience with SAP, Concur, or Citi-Manager a strong plus.
