1. Responsible for defining, documenting, analyzing, tracing, and managing business requirements.
2. Responsible for converting the business requirements into functional specifications for system development activities.
3. Responsible for documenting business scenarios and use cases for testing and validation of solutions.
4. Ability to write SQL to set initial data conditions and verify test results from test cases.
5. Identifies and understands the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on the organization’s operations and customers.
6. Manage complex projects that require coordination between Dev. QA and global IS functional teams.
7. Leads or contributes to the development of end user manuals/training/communication.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer or Business related field or corresponding practical experience;
2. 4+ years of Business Analyst and project management experience;
3. Background in international or direct selling business is a plus;
4. Basic database querying skills in SQL Server;
5. Expert knowledge of IT Demand management and business analysis methodologies
6. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to generate solutions
7. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills quickly and efficiently
8. Proactive, dynamic and excellent communication skills
9. Excellent English, both speaking and in writing.
