Responsibility:

1. Understand GSOL business demands/needs and interpret them into reporting metrics helpful for business teams routine monitoring.

2. Collecting and consolidating the business metrics, online and offline, into BI system for a regular and a visualized illustration of the business performance.

3. Conduct data mining and analysis upon the corporate target for the development of the business.

4. Support community data queries about user profiles and provide detailed information for various marketing purpose.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above. Information Science or Statistics background is preferred.

2. Experienced in processing huge data, and have knowledge background about internet and data mining.

3. Good PC skills and well experienced in using MS Offices software, especially in Excel and Access.

4. Basic understanding of B2B marketing strategies and solid knowledge background in Statistics.

5. Good English reading and writing skill. (CET-4 or above is preferred)

6. Ability of using popular open-source code, such as R code or Python, for efficient data or text processing is preferred.

7. Good communication skills and able to interact with end users and IT guys at all levels.

8. Ability of planning and prioritizing multiple tasks by focusing on the team target needs.

9. Interested in e-Business and computer science.
