Responsibility
参与大型保险业务系统开发和维护项目的实施：

1） 在资深业务咨询师的带领下,进行客户的业务需求采集和分析；

2） 在资深业务咨询师的带领下,根据客户需求，结合系统准确识别需求差异，并提供解决方案；

3） 根据客户要求的语言，完成需求文档和测试用例的撰写和执行；

4） 向软件开发团队准确传递业务需求及需求与业务系统之间的差异；

5） 进行系统测试和上线后的后续支持;

6） 上级布置的其它任务。

Participate in the insurance system development and maintenance of project implementation

1) Collect and analyze client's business requirement for system under direction from senior professional service consultant;

2) Identify the difference between system and client's requirement and provide the solution under direction from senior professional service consultant;

3) Work out and implement the requirement documents and testing case by the language client required;

4) Transfer business requirements and gaps to development team;

5) Conduct the system testing and provide support after implementation

6) Other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements
本科及以上学历；

英语听说读写俱佳（另有日语、葡萄牙语、西班牙语、韩语、越南语等优先），能够胜任与客户直接交流，有在海外工作或学习经历者优先；

1-3年工作工作经验；

具有极强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力；

具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力；

有保险相关业务经验者优先。

Bachelor or above;

Proficiency in English ( Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese and etc. are plus) ; Confident to communicate with clients; Oversea study or work experience is preferred;

1-3 years work experience;

Strong capability of analysis and quick learning;

With good communication skills; Good team player; Able to work under pressure;

Experience of insurance related business is preferred.
