• Facilitate analysis, decision power and performance of Procurement team through development, implementation and improvement of tools and processes
• Look for improvement on the way the information is visualized and provide support in specific tasks

• Co-Drive and Execute Category Strategy
• Co-Drive and Execute Sourcing process Programs
• Co-Drive Cost/Spend analysis and Tracking
• Co-Drive Optimal Logistical Solution
• Supplier relational Management
• Responsible for Suppliers and co-drive management of Vendor Platform
• Train suppliers in the Global Procurement guidelines.
• Responsible for contract management by working with planning and suppliers.
• Responsible for production spare parts ordering and order replenishment via SAP.
• Responsible for carrying out global reports. Take part in the global reporting tasks, and have responsibility for a set of specific reports.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor in Business Administration, IT, computer science or similar.
• 3 years as Business Analyst or experience in Supply Chain environment, preferable experience in SAP and Excel management （Macro） as well as participatio in Projects.
• Experience in planning or supply chain.
• Excellence in communication skill
• Both domestic and oversea travel required.
• Result oriented personality.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
