We are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join our Engineering Dvision at the Corporate Office in Hong Kong. Bringing with him/her the relevant technical and project management experiences, the Building Survey will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of project(s) on time, within budget and with quality.

As a Building Surveyor, we rely on you to:

• Own maintenance, repair and upgrading of multiple aspects of the structure in hotels and resorts
• Assist in the preparation of the budget reports and estimations, ongoing cost control, and recommendations on maintenance strategy
• Appoint and manage consultants, monitor processes, prepare regular status reports, assist in assessment and recommendation of progress payments throughout the project life-cycle
• Facilitate internal coordination, liaison between stakeholders (i.e. project consultants, end users, government authorities, etc.)

• Initial and continue to provide consultation / provision of technical advices to end users, and develop well-articulated project briefing documents
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experiences in design, construction and commissioning of M&E, and building services systems and installations

• Is competent in project planning software like Primavera or MS Project, and proficient in MS Office application and AutoCAD

• Is a qualified Professional Building Surveyor, MHKIS, MRICS, MCIOB, Registered Architect, Authorized person (A.P.) or equivalent

• Has minimum 10 years working experience in a managerial level, and a degree in Architectural study, Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Interior Design, Building Construction or relevant subjects

• Is proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to support local and overseas colleagues, and with excellent coaching, presentation and facilitation skills
