We are looking for a open-minded, creative Brand / Supplier Sourcing to help source distributors/wholesalers of specific brands in our demands. To be competent at this job, you should be a collaborative team member and efficient operator.

Responsibilities:
`Sourcing vendors locally, getting in touch with suppliers and maintain the relationship with them.
`Negotiating on business details with local suppliers in order to facilitate collaboration between our parties.
`Regularly collecting, updating and reporting the effective information of local distributors and relevant policy.
`Coordinating products development across international and cross-functional.

Qualifications:
`Bachelor/Master in International Trade, Marketing or related field.
`Strong verbal and written communications skills in both local language and English.
`Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
`Self-motivated and results driven with high attention to detail.
`Negotiation experience with manufacture/distributor is a plus.
`Qualified with brand resources is a plus.

Challenges:
`This role is the key in the vendors sourcing business as you need to connect local distributors/suppliers with head office during the whole procurement process. You will report directly to the manager in Shenzhen China head office and keep your work progress updated.
`The challenges are to try your best to source local suppliers, to negotiate on needed products with them within our target prices, maintain the relationship with the potential vendors and develop them into long-term partnership.
