Job Summary

• To support superior to deliver brand strategies & uphold brand integrity in all Business Units under the Acorn International. Ensure that all programs comply with internal guideline and deliver the measureable results.

• Support & plan for brand campaign delivery and tactical programs & activities development.
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Creative & Brand Director on brand strategies & campaigns for different Acorn International business units and production follow up, project timeline control with high productivity and accuracy.

• Exercise ownership of brand-related projects as delegated by direct report

• Take initiative & lead on the continual improvement of brand values across all business units under Acorn International

• Take initiatives on upholding the Brand Standards and integrity of all business units, review and updates based on the understanding of brand DNA, owner and consumer needs and behaviors.
  

Required Qualifications

Required Skills

• Strong commercial brand awareness, in-depth industry knowledge and understanding of business issues/opportunities
• Demonstrated success in brand agency management, punctual delivery and growth momentum
• Additional design & marketing experience, preferably in brand creative agencies
• Strong understanding of the Chinese & Western social media
• Keen eye for photography & design
• Strong knowledge of the current trends in social media
• Personal time management
• Proactive learning attitude
