Job Description
- Identify integrated marketing & sales opportunities with creative concepts and ideas and develop brand events and joint events to benefit brand awareness and image, and then convert them into realizable sales revenue.
- Support advertising team to enhance the communication with key advertisers by providing value added marketing initiatives leverage on brand marketing resources and other integrated networks so as to drive more advertising sales revenue.
- Consolidate various event and PR resources and interpret these resources as valuable advertising/circulation supporting factors to drive market share and position VOGUE as a top magazine in the existing segment.
- Develop brand events with creativity and out of box thinking to increase the visibilities or noises of brand in the market, leverage synergy and maximize limited resources to make the largest impact and ensure they are executed successfully and effectively: on-time, on-budget and on-message.
- Work closely with advertising team and other related teams to develop and implement joint promotion events or client relation programs for key advertisers as value added service, including product satisfaction surveys and special road shows, etc. to ensure these co-branding activities are aimed at right target audiences and collecting additional insights.
- Participate in the marketing budget management and ensure the cost-efficiency of each marketing event and PR program.
- Source appropriate third-party supports and manage different agencies and suppliers with quality control on all the executions.
- Establish excellent relationship with venue, and valuable partners so as to promote the brand image through events, public relations programs or strategic alliance when needed.
- Other work assigned by direct supervisor. The job responsibilities of this position will be adjusted according to the overall requirements of the department.
任职要求:
- University graduate or above, overseas background will be more preferred.
- Minimal 5-6 years of event or PR agency experiences incl. 2-3 years of managerial level in 4A or international PR company or brand company, strong experience in PR event's planning, execution and release, especially handling big event or ceremony.
- Resourceful in event & PR related area and other integrated supplier networks, strong negotiation skill. Experienced in copy development, PR event's planning, execution and release as well as integrated new media marketing solutions.
- Strong project management and field operation/implementation skills.
- Strategic thinking, very creative for event and PR ideas, out of box thinking.
- Great interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles, strong client service spirit.
- Passionate on the job and the industry; smart and anxious to learn
- Hardworking, down to earth and highly self motivated with result driven.
- Good organization and presentation skills with excellent paper work and influencing power
- High proficiency in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
- Good at computer skill(Word, Excel, esp. PowerPoint).
- Nice sense can match VOGUE.
