Mission & Main Tasks:
Bring your value to project management and event operation in the department of Brand Audi, Digital Business, Customer Experience at Audi China
Job Duties:
- Support on China-specific brand strategy development incl. brand values based on global brand strategy
- Shanghai Auto show hospitality arrangement and operation for board of members and managements
- Evaluate and implement public event to communicate Audi’s tech advantage and innovation and enhance brand image(e.g. CES Asia, CIIE)
- Formulate feasible concept paper for events with the main focus on brand image enhancement and support digital business (e.g. Audi Innovation Lab and MQ! Summit)
- Event management and operation throughout the whole process including the concept formulation, on-site operation and follow-up
Working Relations:
Audi AG, ASD (FAW-VW), related departments within Audi China (Product Marketing, Strategy, president office etc.), external Agencies
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor and/or Master degree
- Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent majors
Professional Skills
- Very good skills in Power Point is a pre-requisite
- Good skills in other Microsoft office tools (Excel, outlook, etc.)
- Good skills in desk research
- Logical and strategic way of thinking in project planning
Personal Skills
- Self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative and bringing own ideas in brand marketing
- Strong sense of responsibility and capability of independent working
- Strong intercultural communication skills and interest in managing cultural diversity
- Outgoing and open minded personality being comfortable to work cross-departments and cross-cultures
- Vastly adaptable to flexible work environment
Language Skills
- Advanced in English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Advanced in German would be preferred (reading, writing & speaking)
