To achieve our ambition, we are seeking a Brand Manager – Respiratory and Immunology with placement in Denmark.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to use and build your skills across specialty care as well as primary care. You will be involved in our future portfolio, where a handful of new launches and label extensions are coming up in the next 18-24 months.
As Brand Manager, you will build on deep customer and patient insights within your assigned brand(s) to ensure a patient centric approach in all activities. Based on this knowledge, you develop and execute local brand implementation plans, in strong collaboration with the cross-functional team.
In this role, you shape and prepare local marketing and promotional brand activities based on the brand strategy, including launch plans by leading omni-channel, digital and other tactics.
What you will do
Empower and inspire the cross-functional team by bringing strategy to life
Develop localized campaigns and materials based on global strategy and tactics
Develop multi-channel approach to ensure effective implementation of strategies
Handle the local production agencies and ensure local sign off of all materials
Work closely with field team to gain customer insights and analyze performance data and market research to gain further insights to drive local activities
Responsible for training sales team on marketing strategy and materials
Maintain relationships with local KEEs in collaboration with Medical and Sales
Ensure tasks are of accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards

You are a professional holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, e.g. in Marketing. Prior therapy area experience is desirable.
Essential requirements
3+ years of demonstrated pharma marketing experience
Prior launch experience
Good strategic and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to lead without authority
Good knowledge in market ethical rules
You must have excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English. Your proven experience with different marketing and digital channels will be as important for the role as will your excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
