• We are in search of a Brand & Communications Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Taipei, Taiwan and reports to Brand & Communications Director. Brand & Communications Manager is passionate, goal-driven, organized, and having great communication skills. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  
  1. Develop brand strategies and positioning to maximize long-term brand value.
  

  • Develop and lead execution of brand strategy, brand promise, creative services, and media powered by FET brand to product stories across customer touch points.

  
  2. Consolidate business needs across BU(Business Unit) to develop integrated communication strategy to achieve business objectives while enhancing brand value.
  

  • Develop go-to-market marketing strategy including market positioning, target audience setting and communication plan.
  • Provide guidance on core messaging / position for internal / external customers.
  • Provide clear brief and closely work with / drive agencies and internal partners (PR, design, social media, media planning, digital marketing teams) to establish required support collaterals and ensure execution excellence

  
  3. Brand annual budget planning and monthly budget management with timely ROI tracking and optimization.
  
  Must have:
  

  • 3~5+ years of managing a team
  • 5+ years of related brand / marketing experience

  - Strategic-, digital- and goal-oriented
  

  • Great communication skills

  
  Strongly preferred:
  

  • Experience of handling complicated communication (ex. Worked in large corporation, international agency…etc.)
  • Experience of leading 360-degree brand marketing / communication campaign
  • Speak fluent English
