Job Purpose:

This position is under Champagne team, financially supported by Pernod Ricard China. Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Brand Manager, this job holder will be responsible for managing the Mentoring & Education program, and Western & Japanese restaurants development & activations for Champagne brands.

Key measurements of this role will be according to 1) the successful measurements of the mentoring & education sessions; 2) QYT Western & Japanese restaurants activation, Cellar operation 3) recruitment & retaining KPIs of exquisite dinner tribe, riding on CRM club

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

Initiate and lead various Champagne education programs across internal and external audience, consumer and trade ends （40%）

• Co-develop brand education assets with line manager
• Develop monthly education plan calendar internal and external
• Lead and implement the mentoring program, to help lay a solid foundation of Champagne internally and externally.

Drive Champagne development in the exquisite dinner MOC (30%)

• Accelerate the progress of PJ Western Restaurant project, by helping commercial team in negotiation session, aiming at converting outlet into brand advocator.
• Develop supporting plan with channel insight to help listing, while activate brand consumer recruitment in restaurant channel through certain My PJ tasting / dinner.
• Work with internal and external partners to land the channel activation. (e.g set-menu development)
• In charge of PJ pop-up restaurant/Cellar operation as brand expert.

Develop and land brand CRM Program-My PJ (30%)

• Recruit and maintain Champagne drinkers under exquisite dinner MOC
• Explore, negotiate and partnership with like-minded brands or restaurants, to build the My PJ community

Operational Excellence & Innovation (10%)

• Support line manager to land brand campaign, relating to exquisite dinner MOC
• Support in-house process work
