岗位职责：

1、Understanding the brand strategy and regional market planning. Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.

深入了解整体品牌策略与区域市场规划，协助品牌经理进行项目规划，对项目活动进行充分理解与转化；

2、Familiarize yourself with the brand, complete the regional brand activities, promote the brand and products with professionalism and personal charm.

熟悉了解罗曼湖系列品牌资产，负责区域的品牌活动主持，专业并富有个人魅力的推广品牌及产品；

3、Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.

品牌活动现场与消费者深入沟通，对消费者筛选、观察，了解消费者对品牌和产品的反馈。

4、Cooperate with the sales department to introduce and recommend products, maintain the brand image.

与销售部门协作，介绍并推荐产品，塑造品牌形象；

5、Maintain the relationships with VIP consumers, as a strong contributor for the sustainable development of the brand.

跟踪并持续维护尊贵客户，为品牌持续发展贡献。

6、Builds and deploys Global Brand training programmes.

建立和部署品牌培训计划。

岗位所需能力和经验：

1、An individual with 3-4 years' brand marketing experience, ideally in Wine & Spirits related industry. High potential interns are acceptable.

具有3-4年品牌或销售经验，***是葡萄酒和烈酒相关行业。岗位接受有成长潜质的实习生。

2、Sociable and outgoing personality.

3、Professionalism and strong self-management.
