职责描述：

1. Report to Regional General Manager to assist and support the cooperation between the sales and the brand team in order to achieve overall goal of DBR brand in the region.

2. Fully understanding HQ DBR brand guidelines (eg. Pricing, distribution, POSM) & plans.

3. Assist and cooperating with the brand team in order to assist Regional Sales Team in managing organization, implementation and reporting the results of DBR Lafite brand PR programs

4. Keep thorough communication with Regional Sales Team and Brand Team and report tightly on execution condition.

5. Be responsible for regional marketing plan of DBR upon brand budget for whole year.

6. ensure to keep regional sales team informed on key strategies and activities pertaining to DBR Lafite brands.

7. Collecting and analyzing market intelligence (including parallel information) & develop promotion plans to optimize DBR profitability, sales volumes, market share and brand objectives (such as brand image & brand depletion balance) within allocated budget parameters.

8. Support sales team to develop new customers or further explore current customer's demands via product training or event supports, to maximize brand image as well as sales volumes.

9. Conduct DBR Lafite brand trainings for internal staff and external customers.

10. Support and submit monthly reports according to KPI requirements (e.g. sales, distribution, own & competitor activities summary, etc.).

任职要求：

Characters:

Good at communication & expression, team work, logical, details focus, can bear business trips

Background:

3 years brand/marketing management experience or above, with FMCG working experience in sales or marketing dept., Wine & spirit background preferred.

Professional & Technical skills:

Fluent English, wine knowledge (WSET 2 or above)

Management skills:

Presentation skills, communication skills
