Marketing team is in need of a Brand Advocacy Marketing to define, lead and execute the Brand Advocacy Marketing strategy for SIMULIA in China to strengthen brand awareness and reputation through the attraction, activation, engagement and the retention of the Brand actual and potential users, aligned with the Brand Promise and Strategic Plan.to Support Asia Compliance Officer in various investigative tasks and proactively contribute to process creation of preventative measures in China (and depending upon capacity, throughout Asia).

What will your role be?
- Ensure relevancy, consistency and convergence of Brand messages with the Brand Promise and Strategic Plan and shared through the multi-touch marketing programs: Public Relations, Events (User groups, Corporate events, Third-party events if any), Advertising, Social and Digital communication (Brand website pages, 3DSWYM communities), in line with the Corporate guidelines
- Monitor Public & Private/ Physical & Digital user communities to build brand knowledge, awareness and roles adoption: define user groups and editorial publishing calendar, develop and curate content (user testimonies, brand content), monitor discussions, postings, and trends within the communities
- Support User Loyalty programs in order to identify Chinese Brand user champions and influencers to strengthen their loyalty to the Brand and to build sustainable user references. Recommend China based Champions to join the global SIMULIA Champions Program
- Define and implement relevant actions to increase the user database (number of users) and/or to enrich the user profiles at each touch point of the user journey
- Encourage, collect and leverage user feedbacks on the User Experience of Solutions, Processes and Roles
- Perform digital listening in the user communities and the competitor’s communities to identify the Brand Points of parity and Points of differentiation
- Interlock with Offer marketing and Brand teams to establish an optimal user touch point and engagement strategy
- Provide guidelines to GEO teams to ensure the consistency of Brand messages locally, and ensure that different Brand messages align in order to maximise co-brand messaging and positioning
- Support the local SIMULIA technical teams by contributing to the creation of technical marketing content and technical discussions about brand positioning
- Define and implement University program for SIMULIA brand.
- Support development and localization of cross-brand messaging and positioning.
Your key success factors
- BA/BS or MA/MS in Marketing required, BSc or MSc in Engineering advantageous Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy
- Strong experience in Social and Digital marketing
- Fluent written and spoken English
