Job Description
The role:

To manage all aspects of office operations in Southern China – Shenzhen and Guangzjhou.
To lead the sales & business development in logistics& freight forwarding, ideally with exiting relationships and contacts can help to grow our customer base..
To contribute ideas, energy and passion to strengthening the group’s performance in the region.
To seek out and develop new business activities to further enhance group performance

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

Personal Attributes

? A bachelor’s degree
? Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English
? Native or near-native fluency in 2nd language: Mandarin, Spanish, German, French or other major language is preferred
? Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a must. Proven ability to manage a multi-cultural team
? A positive and out-going personality and a passion for meeting people and building relationships
? A commitment to build or establish a career in Asia

Professional Attributes

? A minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in the international freight forwarding environment particularly focusing in a sales leadership role. ole.
? A minimum of 3 years experience managing a company, branch office or major division within a well-established international logistics firm.
? Sound financial management and judgment skills. Good experience of planning, and managing the financial performance of a company or business unit is a must
? Experience of working in Asia or outside of you home country is preferred but not essential.
? Sound IT skills. Familiarity with a major removals/move management software platform is a must
